What You Need to Know to Order: 

We founded Little Ella Rae Wholesale with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Check out our store policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require further information.

      Wholesale Policies


  • We require an order minimum of $200 at Little Ella Rae Wholesale. Our site does not currently track that for us, so if your order does not meet this minimum, you will be required to add more product, or cancel your order. Follow-up orders have a $100 minimum.

  • You are not required to be a business to shop on our wholesale site, we only require that minimum order amounts be met.

  • We will not be able to change your order, your address or your bow finishes, after you have placed your order. Please take caution when entering addresses and DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before placing it. If your order is sent to the wrong address and sent back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to send the package again.  If you have questions about an item, or your order, please email us BEFORE placing your order so we can help you.

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, we do not refund or cancel orders.​


  • Order processing time is 2-3 business weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed and made, it will ship through USPS.  **We currently do not have rush shipping. 


  • Alligator clips come standard to a child's left. If you need it switched, please leave a note in the notes section on the checkout page with your order. We cannot change clip direction after your order has been placed. If you would like your clips to not be hot-glued to the bow, please mention so in your order notes and we will send your bows in a package with the alligator clip separate.


  • All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent to you,  please email us, and we will make it right! We are not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has it in their possession, we are released from liability for lost items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package.
